Just got a shipment in from MarineDepot.com and it includes a few SureGrip Magnetic Holders for my MaxiJet powerheads. All ready have one of the powerheads in the 65g up and running with it installed. Forget suction cups anymore, they fail about once a week and everything in the tank gets blown around.

I have one of the maxi-jets with the magnetic holder, I'll do the other two power heads tomorrow but before I do I'll snap some photo's in how they look.

Sorry for the delay ReefMan, this weekend has been really busy.

The photo below shows the addition to the maxi-jet. It's holding great and I no longer worry about the suction cups breaking free.

Below is the front view of the maxi-jet. It takes up less room then the suction cup mount so it looks much cleaner.

the mod really cleans the power-head area up a little. looks good.

When I say mod I mean , the kit that turns a 1200 maxi from 285 a gal. , to 2,100 a gal per hour.

I have a mod but on the box it states not to be with wave makers.

So I'll use the mod on the frag tank I want to setup in addition to the 135g.

I have two mods on a pulse duro. They work nice. You can`t believe every thing you read.

I'll try the mod out and see how it works.
