Should I just leave it alone or try to remove it? What is the best method to remove it?

I suck it out with the water change. it`s best to get it when it`s small.

I would remove them just like reefman has stated, by hand. It's farily easy to break off the rock but try not to break the bubble.

But you also should look into why they are growing, normally means excess of nutrients in the tank (overfeeding or such). I have some in my 65g and don't really care anything about the bubble algae but I'll remove it if I decide to move a piece of coral around and come across some bubble algae.

 i have a couple bubbles poping up on some live rock and just leave them alone. it doesn't hurt anything on the live rock and i just worry when its on the corals.

I pick it off buy hand and if the rock as a ton on it I'll remove the rock and put it in some fresh RO water and then pick it off.

 my emerald crabs do a good job, i pick the rest of it off the rocks.
