has anyone ever bought lights from hellolights and if so did you have problems with the ballast

which ballast? Electronic or Magnetic? Which Brand?

I have had the Electronic CoralVue for awhile without any problems. Yes

I bought a VHO magnetic ballast from them about 10 years ago and it still works great.

They have a good rep, but if you're in Canada you're out of luck becaude they no longer ship to us up here. So unless you are in the States, you will need away to work around that.
