Tomorrow afternoon I plan to stop into my local Reef Store and will take pictures of a 1300 gallon Reef Aquarium they are currently setting up. I was told it will take 10days to make water for the tank and they have a 200gpd RO/DI unit. I'll post the pictures tomorrow late afternoon/evening.

The tank measures 18 feet long and holds 1350gallons (not including the 250g sumps/refugium)!!!!

Below is an example on how thick the glass is of this monster tank. Below is a 2"x4" next to the tank (compare thickness of 2x4 to thickness of glass) holding up two 125g tanks, one will be used as a sump and the other as a refugium.

So the total water volume of this reef setup is 1600 gallons!

So how thick is this glass (that's my pointer finger)?

Shown below is another picture of the thickness of the tank walls. Notice the far wall on the left where the 2 125g tanks are located. This tank is long and it looks amazing !!!!

The server is going crazy with the traffic on it because of everyone viewing this thread. Ok, here we go with some of the pictures. I'll post more over the weekend.

The wall of water, can't wait until the lighting is all running. Need to stop into the store at night and get a shot from outside.
